Anger Management

u know what, anger management is more important than stress management.. i am the type of guy that is obsessed with how people think, psychology and stuff.. so i studied about stress management for about some time... and now i realised, stress a lot easier to handle than stress.. well, i don know.. maybe bcause it has been a looooooong time since the last time i got stressed like shit.. but recently i got angry a lot.. hahahahaha.. scary isnt it.. dang...

so, when i got angry, the first thing i would do is i would be silence... deerrrhhhh.. thats easy.. yeahh.. imagine, if u dont get silent, you may say many things that will hurt others.. well i wouldn't want to apologise to anyone.. so dont hurt anyone at the first place...

next, easiest way to get ur good mood back.. talk to someone that will absolutely will make u feel better.. if we have problem with our boss, then dont talk to our boss.. talk to someone that dont talk much but listen more... dont talk to someone that may give u critics or even advices... because advices may be misinterpret by us because we are not in a good mood.. well, we r angry, even a perfume smells like shit...

My All Time Favourite Superheroes!!!

this time i m goin to talk about my all time fav superheroes... like i never love any other super heroes like this before... they are the POWER RANGERS!!!!!

masa dulu, power rangers dimainkan pada waktu yg sama dengan power office girls, crita drama bersiri jepun yg hot masa tu.. i didnt like the movie.. my sisters did.. so, every saturday evenin we will have this fight, berebut TV.. and of course my sisters would win la.. (deeeerrrrhhhh) so i rela pergi umah my nenek to use their TV to watch the greatest action series of all time, the mind blowing power rangers!!! rangers rocks!!!

a bunch of teenagers were chosen to be the rangers and protect the earth and save the universe!! hahaha.. and then, they have their leaders like Zordon, Captain Mitchell and so on... they came in colours! red will always be the leader but there were always extra colours like green for zeo rangers, white for mighty morphin and wild force, silver for lightspeed rescue and oh yeah another green for ninja storm.. so cool!! nad they this guy, tommy. those who like power rangers would definitely know this guy.. he is super duper outrageously cool!! like every kids wanna be like him... a great leader for the rangers and a very cool fighter. damn! i miss the rangers!!

mighty morphin, they have tommy in green and in white.

when i was a kid, after watchin any episode of power rangers, i would kick and punch in all direction.. haha, u know, tryin to be like a power rangers.. and we will fight, me and my cousins, and we will definitely wanna be the red rangers.. hahaha.. and other stupid stuffs like buyin a power rangers mask at the market.. wear red shirt while watchin power rangers, so that i can feel the pleasure of being the red.. hahahaha

they are so smart, the way they change form, from normal human to somekind of an ultimately super cool people. every seasons have their own signature transformin steps. i used to hafal all the steps.. hahahaha, siap betulkan kwan2 yang silap langkah.. and the way robots transform, oooooooohhh~~~ super cool!!!!! they have these huge robots called zord or some are mega zord.. these zords are colourful and we would definitely buy at least one model of it from the store.. kadang2 smbil2 berlari pon, "its morphin time!!!!" hahahahaha... kononnya dapat jadi power rangers la.. pastu macam jeles ngan teenagers in the movie.. like, "why not me who become the power rangers!!!!!!??!?!!!?!"

and for me mighty morphin and lightspeed rescue have the best songs..

try la dengar.. GO GO POWER RANGERS!!! signature song for all seasons of power rangers!

until now, watchin the old power rangers episodes make me wanna cry.. :(

they are so cool!!!!! (i still hope that i can be one of the power rangers) hehe

Gadis Kelantan vs Gadis Akelantan

so, post kali ni bukan la nak komen gadis kelantan atau bukan kelantan... akelantan tu maknanya bukan kelntan la... so post kali ni aku buat sbb aku trtarik dengan post kawan aku kat facebook ckp psal bakal pasangan, wether it should be kelantanese or not...

aku nak cakap pendapat aku la kan.. bagi aku la... i would prefer both... chopppp!!!! bukan nye aku nak kawen dua atau poligami... no no no... haahaha... but if i have to... then.... #$$&%*%+($()*#%%

ok ok.. back to the topic.. maksud aku kat atas tu, i would prefer a kelantanese that has this pengaruh luar2 skit... bukannye pengaruh budaya kuning atau gadis kota raya atau pergi kelab malam tu.. maknanya dia mcam tau psal cara hidup di luar kelantan... as a person that grew up in kelantan, and livin in PJ (for few month already... wow!!!!!!) aku tau la prbezaan cara hidup di kelantan dan luar kelantan... well.... sangat berbeza!!!

i know this may sound funny and annoying, but loghat kelantan ni dio lain skit... hehe.. acu tengok molek, acu kito bile kot klate, so, duo, tigo, pak, limo... caro sebut nombor pon srupo nok gocoh doh.. pahtu bilo alam perkahwinan ni ye la.. bila suami isteri memandang satu sama lain dengan pnuh kasih syang, dapat phala yg bsar.. senang2 dpat phala.. seronok plak tu buat phala tu... dan.. cuba kito try wat ayat romantik guno loghat kelate... awok, sayo cintoke awok.. sayo saye ko awok.. sayo lamo dooh doh tok jupo awok.. sayo rindu dooh ko awok... awok jange tinggalke sayo lagi deh... hehe.. okay stop laughing... loghat kelate ni buke utk romantik, dio utk lagu dan nada.. sbb loghat kelantan ni lembut, ore kelate kato, anjur, leghe, rilek...sbb tu dikir barat is a very pleasant noise to our ears... dan for me, personally, bagi aku, lawak ni lagi best kalau kita smpaikan dlam bha kelantan... it sounds funnier... hahaha

so, psal pasangan tu, i wold say that, aku serahkan segalanya pada Allah SWT... bukan hak kita nak tntukan siapa pompuan yang boleh jadi isteri atau suami kita... hak Allah SWT... kelantan ke, kemboja ke... sapa tau... hehe oeace yo!!!!!!!!

hehehee.. i went to a website that enable us to know the prices of websites in this world... and yeahhhhh.. facebook is worth more than 1.2 billion!!!!!!

ok.. lets mot talk bout facebook here guys... so the price of my blog is RM 1,4++!!!!! well, more than a thousand ringgit!!! that is sooooo coooooolllllllll

and what's cooler is i checked the price of frens' blogs as well... hahahahaha... yam's is 1,1++ as well as my ex-KP... yg lain pon bawah2 tu jgak la..... hahahaha... but danash's and ayuni's are more valueable... ada yg smpai 4,+++!!!

so, sapa2 Yang nak beli blog aku, (wlaupun mngkin x de) aku jual ngan harga 2,+++ ringgit malaysia.... hummm. nak???

Knowing Different Types of Smiles

so, today, i m going to teach you few types of smiles.. well, there are many types of smiles..and each of them sends out different messages... knowing the messages could be very useful to some of us...

1) first degree smile - u can see no teeth.. and the eyes are looking directly to you..

*meaning - this smile is usually found in a competition or anything that involves meeting a new person.. it means a polite smile.. just wanna satisfy others.. like in a competition, after they 'fight', they shake hands.. this is the smile... polite...

2) second degree smile - you can see the upper teeth

*meaning - this is a genuine smile.. it is a sign of happiness, usually after hearing something nice.. it is common between friends and family...

3) third degree smile - you can see the upper and lower teeth and more wrinkles at the end of both eyes...

*meaning - it is a genuine smile.. usually after hearing a joke or u r very happy or u just found something u missed or whatever that brings u a great happiness.. commonly found between bestfriends, families, couples, children...
and these are few examples of smiles.. World leaders wave during their official photo call at the G20 Summit on Sunday in Toronto.

this is a third degree smile.. u can tell it by the wrinkles at his eyes.. che su after hearing a joke.. hehe

deeper conversation..

i had a conversation with my fren, Capik. he is a good fren of my and we havent met 4 a long time.. so we talked about many things..

after foolin around a mall and a lunch, i realised that i had 2 boxes of fresh milk.. and fresh milk are not meant to be in a car for a long time takut nanti basi ke apa ke.. x psal2 plak.. he came from far away to KB and actually it was hard to let go man.. i wish to chat with you more, but then... yeaahhhhh.. the milk... what can i do..

it was actually in my car, and we parked near the KB bus station sbb dia nak balik ngan bas.. so before he got out, we had this convrstion... and of course while driving, we talked.. we talked about our frens, what happened to some of us.. hahahaha.. it was fun, knowing the latest updates about them.. i mean yang ada stengah tu yg kapel la.. ada yang break up, ada yang gay.. hahaha. ada yang pegi oversea, ada yang dah lakukan great things in their live... and of course im not gonna reveal who they are...

so, one interesting topic that we talked about was about this couple and marriage thing... bukan nak cakap yang kami ni gatal ke apa.. but that is the topic yang sebati dan selari dengan peredaran masa kami.. yela, x kan la aku ngan dia nak cakap psal harga emas terkini, harga tanah kat machang, atau kos sara hidup terkini kat Kelantan.. boleh tu boleh, x salah tapi x sesuai… hehehehe..

one of the thing that I told him is that, last year, I told my fren the characteristics of my ‘miss right’.. hahahaha.. of course la banyak… masa tu la…. Gatal kan aku masa skolah dulu??? Hehehe.. Pastu bila dah ‘tua’ ni kan.. aku pun baru sedar yang x perlu pon banyak2 karakteristik tuh… yang penting dia tu sayang Allah, sayang Rasulullah dan sayang suami dia… cukup.. yang lain tuh smuanya nafsu semata-mata…
