Anger Management

u know what, anger management is more important than stress management.. i am the type of guy that is obsessed with how people think, psychology and stuff.. so i studied about stress management for about some time... and now i realised, stress a lot easier to handle than stress.. well, i don know.. maybe bcause it has been a looooooong time since the last time i got stressed like shit.. but recently i got angry a lot.. hahahahaha.. scary isnt it.. dang...

so, when i got angry, the first thing i would do is i would be silence... deerrrhhhh.. thats easy.. yeahh.. imagine, if u dont get silent, you may say many things that will hurt others.. well i wouldn't want to apologise to anyone.. so dont hurt anyone at the first place...

next, easiest way to get ur good mood back.. talk to someone that will absolutely will make u feel better.. if we have problem with our boss, then dont talk to our boss.. talk to someone that dont talk much but listen more... dont talk to someone that may give u critics or even advices... because advices may be misinterpret by us because we are not in a good mood.. well, we r angry, even a perfume smells like shit...

that is all for now... u know, i don like long typing doings... hahahhaha
